Why choose Cruising Aviation?
'Why should I be shopping at Cruising Aviation?' we hear you ask... Well apart from offering reliable, high-quality products to everywhere on earth! We typically ship your products in 2-4 days from several warehouses around the world (learn more about where we manufacture our products) to ensure we get them to you in the fastest, most reliable way possible, whilst respecting our planet by reducing greenhouse emissions during shipping. We're also proud of our new eco-friendly collection; part of our commitment to tackling climate change.
Our workers are always our number one priority, because happy staff means high-quality products. So we pledge to treat all of our staff fairly and ensure they have a suitable and enjoyable work environment (in accordance with The CA Supply Chains Act of 2010).
'But what about your products?' you might say... All of our products are individually unique and have been single-handedly designed by our 15-year-old founder, a student pilot (read more about our founder here). And if that wasn't enough; we can promise that every single one is made to the highest of quality, because if it isn't... then it doesn't leave the factory!

How do I track my order?

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it! What should I do?
If your order’s estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received it, here’s what you do:
Wait a day or two. Shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee.
Get in touch with our customer support team. Let us know about your delayed shipment and we’ll check the latest delivery estimates to your location. We may ask you to wait a few more days to receive the order.
Before getting in touch with us, you can also help us out by doing the following:
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
Ask your local post office if they have your package
Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us by clicking the blue help widget in the bottom right corner or email us at support@cruisingaviation.com.

Due to widespread shipping disruption as a result of the coronavirus pandemic orders may take longer to fulfil and deliver. More information, and regular updates, can be found on our dedicated COVID-19 page. We thank you for your understanding.
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 3–4 business days
Europe: 6–8 business days
Australia: 2–14 business days
Japan: 4–8 business days
International: 10–20 business days

When will I get my order? [COVID-19]
Our fulfilment times for all products may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.
It's difficult to predict the shipping times, however, we're doing our best to maintain our high standards. For more information, visit our dedicated COVID-19 page where we share regular updates.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts - we have one for every clothing item listed in our store. If you cannot see a size guide, please contact us listing the product name/SKU so that we can add one as quickly as possible!
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at support@cruisingaviation.com within 4 weeks after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
